We cater for all types of functions:
- Corporate: Product or service launches, end-of-year
celebrations, client entertainment, team-building sessions.
- Private: Adult birthdays, family outings, bachelor
parties, etc.
- School: Fund-raisers, special occasions.
- Kids: Birthdays and special occasions. Check

How to book a function:
- Please try and give us at least two weeks notice to ensure we are
not booked out.
- Call our Functions Office on (012) 368 1297 to
discuss your requirements, or
- Click
here to email us (remember to include the date, time and number
of people). We will call you back to confirm and discuss your
catering requirements.
Function packages and prices:
We cater to all cultures and religions on special instructions
Mondays to Thursdays (NB: Prices increase by 10% in our peak
times (Friday afternoon to Sunday)
Discounts apply to groups above 20 people

Please note:
- Choose a package, or build your own custom package with
whatever options you would like
- Additional bowling and/or pool games can be added to your
package.
- We require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. All functions are COD.
- We do not allow any food or drink to be brought into the centre.
- A fully licensed bar is available, however the bar area is strictly
NO UNDER 18s
- Exclusive use of facilities: Galaxy World can be hired out for
corporate functions and product releases. We will close off certain
areas (such as the bar area) for your exclusive use at an additional
fee.
- We can tailor-make a package for your personal needs and
budget, but snack platters are not a full lunch or supper.
- Trophies and Medals available to celebrate the day!
