How to book a function:
- Please try and give us at least two weeks notice to ensure we are
not booked out.
- Call our Functions Office on (072) 392 8383 to
discuss your requirements, or

of people). We will call you back to confirm and discuss your
catering requirements.

Please note:
- Please note that we do not allow any other food or drink to
be brought into the premises, unless by arrangement. In such
cases, a R20 service fee per head is charged.
- A fully licensed bar is available – STRICTLY NO UNDER 18s.
- Please specify any dietary requirements which need to be
observed. In some cases, such as Kosher meals, an additional
charge may be applicable.
- Galaxy World can be hired out for Corporate Functions and
Product Releases. However, unless specifically arranged
otherwise, the venue and any bowling lanes not reserved for your
function will still remain in operation and be open to the
public. We will close off certain areas for your exclusive use
at an additional fee. Conditions apply.
- We require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. All functions are COD.
